How do I know what kind of home care is needed?

Our home and health-care services are designed to meet the health and well-being needs and preferences of each individual, whoever and wherever they are. Our registered nurses, registered practical nurses, and certified personal support workers will work with you/your loved one to create a customized homecare plan that will address both your medical needs and daily living activities. The first visit with one of our case managers is free. We value the maintenance of an active, engaged daily routine and a safe and independent lifestyle. When are home care services available?

Are your care providers insured and bonded?

Yes, all of our staff are insured and bonded by the Workplace and Safety Insurance Board (WSIB).

Will I have a choice of who comes to my home?

Yes. We will assign a registered nurse, registered practical nurse and/or personal support worker with you or your loved one before their arrival for service based on a customized health-care plan.

Will clients always receive care from the same staff?

A primary registered nurse and/or certified personal support worker will develop familiarity with the client, gain an understanding of his or her needs, and be able to better anticipate potential risks and complications in daily living that may arise. The primary nurse and/or personal support worker will also ensure our services are continuous and consistently delivered in the event a secondary nurse may be required to ensure optimum health, comfort and care.
