How do I know what kind of home care is needed?
Our home and health-care services are designed to meet the health and well-being needs and preferences of each individual, whoever and wherever they are. Our registered nurses, registered practical nurses, and certified personal support workers will work with you/your loved one to create a customized homecare plan that will address both your medical needs and daily living activities. The first visit with one of our case managers is free. We value the maintenance of an active, engaged daily routine and a safe and independent lifestyle. See our services for a detailed explanation of the services we offer and bear in mind that they can be combined for a customized homecare plan.
