Family Caregiver Relief (Respite Care)
Our qualified nurses, registered practical nurses, and certified personal support workers will provide temporary respite home-care assistance to family caregivers when their daily lives become hectic or when they need some time off. This will give the family members peace of mind knowing that their loved ones are in safe hands.
Respite care provides relief for the usual caregivers, whether they are:
- Running errands
- Visiting family and friends outside of the home
- Taking a vacation, or
- Simply taking time off
We understand the importance of a safe, trusting, and comforting environment in the absence of a dependable caregiver and will be there to provide it to you, whoever or wherever you are. Our warm and caring nurses and personal support workers prioritize the comfort and health of you and your loved ones and we will work with you to develop the best possible health care plan for your needs.
Respite care services include both home and personal care, such as:
- Nursing services for your or your loved one both at home and in-hospital
- Grocery shopping
- Laundry
- Meal planning and preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Personal hygiene
- Dressing
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
