Yes, in many instances. We frequently communicate directly with your private insurance company or adjuster. We can invoice them directly, and they often send the payment to us, simplifying the process for you.
We primarily bill on an hourly basis. Other billing options (e.g., shifts, live-in care) are determined on a case-by-case basis after the initial assessment visit. Rates may vary between daytime and nighttime services due to the complexity and scheduling required. Please discuss specific rates during your consultation.
